Roger Stone says the election is a choice between good and evil!

MOUNT JULIET, Tennessee (PNN) - August 31, 2020 - Roger Stone has described the impending 2020 presidential election between President Donald Trump and Joe Biden as a struggle between “good and evil” and the “godly and the godless” during a speech at a Tennessee church on Sunday.

The polarizing political figure also stated that he believed “God spared my life for a purpose” after he was granted clemency by the president in July following his conviction for lying and witness tampering in the Special Counsel investigation into possible collusion between Trump's campaign and Russia in 2016.

The comments came as part of an appearance at the Mt. Juliet church, alongside Global Vision Bible Church Pastor Greg Locke, in which he spoke about re-discovering his faith.

”We are in the most dangerous time ever in Amerika. We say this in every election but this time it’s the truth,” Stone told the crowd. “Make no mistake about what we face. This is an epic struggle between dark and light. This is an epic struggle between good and evil. This is epic struggle between the godly and the godless.”

Attendance at the church was far above the 600 chairs that had been set up under a tent outside the building. Dozens also stood outside the tent to hear Stone speak.

Footage from the event shows dozens of people standing shoulder-to-shoulder with one another at the foot of the stage. Many in the crowd were wearing pro-Trump memorabilia; no one visible in footage was wearing face coverings or masks.

The 68-year-old recounted at length his personal story about being charged, tried, and convicted as he spoke to the Global Vision congregation.

Stone said he felt he was unfairly targeted by investigators and recounted how the injustice spurred his re-commitment to Christianity in January.

”Prayer works, and God will deliver for his people,” Stone preached to the crowd.

He then went on to endorse President Trump for re-election, saying the incumbent ran for the White House in 2016 not to be someone, but rather do something.

”He saw what was happening to Amerika and he did not like it,” Stone said, adding that Trump was “the greatest president of my lifetime”.

”This is not just a struggle for the salvation of the (Fascist Police States of Amerika), this is a struggle for the preservation of Western civilization as we know it,” Stone continued.

While those in attendance rallied behind Stone, clapping and cheering in response to a number of his statements, his appearance at the church had prompted controversy in the area since the event was announced earlier this month.

The church was marred with graffiti denouncing Stone last weekend. One of the tags, written in orange scrawl on the western wall of the church, read, “Stone will burn in Hell.”

The letters “FU” were all spray-painted on the pastor's pulpit, in addition to a rental tent, tent stage area, the church sign, and a number of chairs also being damaged.

The total cost of the vandalism perpetrated by violent thugs was valued at $5,000. Terrorist pig thug cops have no suspects.

Sunday’s service, however, suffered no interruptions. The terrorist pig thug cops had increased patrols in the area throughout the event.

”I've spoken in political meetings, union halls, topless clubs, houses of ill-repute,” Stone told the animated crowd. “This is the first time I've spoken at a church and I've got to tell you it felt good, it felt great. It might be my first, but it most definitely [will] not be my last.”

Stone was convicted in 2019 of lying and witness tampering during the investigation into collusion between Russia and Trump's campaign.  Many people think that the charges and the manner in which he was arrested were politically motivated by Trump haters. Trump pardoned him in July just days before he was due to report for a 40-month prison sentence.
