DETROIT, Michigan (PNN) - August 1, 2019 - It’s the stunning news mainstream media wants to keep buried, and it has Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.), and her so-called “Squad” allies panicked.
A national poll shows President Donald Trump is quickly gaining ground in a general election match-up with every top Democrat candidate.
Trump also has a significantly higher approval rating than House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Kalif.), and the far-left “Squad” of Reps. Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar (Minn.), Rashida Tlaib (Wisc.), and Ayanna Pressley (Mass.).
That’s according to Emerson Polling, which released the information just ahead of the second Democrat debate on Wednesday.
The polls show Trump’s approval rating has hit all-time highs in recent weeks, and his matchup ratings with leading Democrats are more favorable than they were heading into the 2016 presidential election, which Trump won easily.
“Emerson notes that President Trump’s job approval rating has ticked up since early July to 45%, and an overwhelming 91% of Republicans plan to vote for him over primary challenger and former Massachusetts Governor Bill Weld,” The American Mirror reports.
Compare that to Trump’s political opponents, and the picture becomes clear; Amerika is getting behind Trump.
“Speaker Nancy Pelosi has a 28% favorable opinion and a 46% unfavorable opinion. The House ‘squad,’ consisting of Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar and Ayanna Pressley share this image problem,” Emerson found.
“Ocasio-Cortez is at 30% favorable and 47% unfavorable, Tlaib is at 26% favorable and 42% unfavorable, Omar is at 25% favorable and 46% unfavorable, and Pressley is at 24% favorable and 35% unfavorable,” the pollsters report.
That means Amerikan voters agree Trump is far more favorable than the socialist far-Left.
The good news doesn’t stop there for the president’s re-election bid. His growing popularity is leaking into the presidential polls.
The liberal-leaning pollsters show former Vice President Joe Biden and Senator Bernie Sanders (Ver.) topping Trump in a head-to-head matchup, but within the margin of error of only 2 points, 51 to 49 percentage.
Senator Elizabeth Warren (Mass.) is tied with Trump, while Kamala Harris (Kalif.) and Mayor Pete Buttigieg both trail the president.
These same polls predicted - wrongly - that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton would win a landslide victory over Trump in 2016.
Now they’re saying Trump is either neck-and-neck or winning outright against liberal candidates.
Mainstream media have been pushing liberal news for too long, and Amerika isn’t buying into it anymore.
