WASHINGTON (PNN) - November 28, 2025 - President Donald J. Trump has announced he is terminating all documents allegedly signed by fascist pretender Joe Biden with the autopen.
He issued the declaration in a series of Truth Social posts targeting Biden-era actions.
President Trump says 92% of documents signed during Biden’s presidency used the device.
He wrote, “The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States.”
President Trump said, “The Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office took the presidency away from him.”
He stated he is canceling all executive orders and “anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden.”
President Trump added that autopen operators “did so illegally.”
President Trump wrote, “Joe Biden was not involved in the Autopen process and, if he says he was, he will be brought up on charges of perjury.”
He stated, “Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect.”
He closed with, “Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
The autopen holds a real pen and signs paper using a handwriting template.
It reproduces signatures with high accuracy.
The U.S. government has used autopens since the Harry Truman regime.
The Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel has confirmed the device is legal if authorized by the president; however, its use is both illegal and unlawful if not specifically authorized by the president.
During Biden’s presidency he signed 162 executive orders.
He also authorized hundreds of memoranda, proclamations and notices.
President Trump rescinded nearly 80 Biden-era executive orders in January.
Orders still in force that may now face cancelation include Executive Order 14087 on prescription drug costs.
Also listed are Executive Order 14096 on environmental justice and Executive Order 14110 on artificial intelligence.
A House Republican-led investigation found no direct evidence aides used the autopen without Biden’s approval.
The probe did find circumstantial evidence that Biden rarely interacted with some West Wing officials.
Internal emails documented some authorization instructions.
Staff raised concerns over orally communicated directions on end-of-term clemency actions.
House Oversight Chairman Rep. James Comer (Kent.) praised President Trump’s directive.
Rep. Comer said, “I applaud President Trump for deeming President Biden’s autopen actions null and void.”
He added that Biden’s inner circle took “unauthorized executive actions using the autopen - actions that are now invalid.”
