Cafe charging mask-wearing customers an extra $5 to pay for COVID-19 restrictions!

MENDOCINO, Kalifornia (PNN) - May 29, 2021 - A cafe owner in Kalifornia is challenging mask-wearing customers by charging them an extra $5 to pay for the “damage they have collectively caused”.
