SMYRNA, Tennessee (PNN) - December 23, 2011 - A 10-year-old elementary school student has been punished for waving around a slice of pizza that resembled a gun.

Nicholas Taylor will be eating lunch at the “silent table” for the rest of the semester after being accused of threatening other students “armed” with a pizza slice with bites taken out of it.
